How to Activate a Tuning Fork
HOLD
The tuning fork by the stem.
TAP
Tap only one of the two prongs against the palm of your hand or an activator.
PLACE
Weighted Fork:
Place the bottom of the stem gently on the desired part of the body using light pressure.
Unweighted Fork:
Place around the body in the auric field.
